Simon has worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, from starting at 'Marco' by Marco Pierre White, Chelsea, London to Yorkshire's most famous Michelin starred restaurant 'The Box Tree' in Ilkley. His complete love for food drove him to open his own award-winning tapas restaurants in Yorkshire. Simon sharpened his craft working alongside chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Simon Gueller & Anthony Flynn.

Based on the beautiful island of Madeira-Portugal, you can expect tastes of modern European cuisine focusing on flavour and seasonal produce, all wrapped up in the most breath-taking setting.

Simon takes each event on its merits and before every event he offers a consultation to get to know you, your guests and exactly what it is that you would like. He then proposes the most suitable solution, making sure that you and your guests can thoroughly enjoy delicious food at your event.

Events have always been a huge part of what he does and Simon prides himself on a very high standard. He has extensive experience with catering at private events, exclusive weddings and cooking demos at popular food festivals.

Having cooked at some of the North of England most prestigious food festivals, including The Great Yorkshire Show, Simon enjoys sharing his knowledge of cooking and presenting his dishes to various audiences.
